Double Chocolate Chip Cookie (Soft)

Home Made Double Chocolate Chip Cookie (Soft)

Dry Ingredients1 cup all purpose flour1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda

1/8 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp unsweet cocoaWet Ingredients1 egg¼ cup of granulated sugar¼ cup of brown sugar¼ cup of unsalted butter1 tbsp of vegetable oil1 tsp vanilla extractAdd-on Ingredient1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips

How to Make it Happen

  1. Put all dry ingredients in a same bowl, set that aside
  2. Beat an egg in another bowl, and put granulated sugar and brown sugar and whisk them together
  3. Put unsalted butter (need to be the room temperature and not melt – need to be soft) and put vegetable oil as well as vanilla extract. Then, whisk them all together
  4. Then, put all the dry ingredients back to the battle. And, use the spatula to make it altogether
  5. Then, put chocolate chips and gently fold the battle
  6. Use an ice-cream scoop to measure the battle (like in a photo)
  7. Put it on the baking sheet with the parchment paper
  8. Bake them at 350 F for 12-15 minutes

I actually use the same recipes with the Double Chocolate Chips Cookies, but I took the cocoa out of the recipe.
