Mini Banana Bread Loaves

Mini Banana Bread Loaves – Easy recipe, Simple Cooking, and Delicious! This Mini Banana Bread Loaves recipe is different from Banana Cupcake because we serve in a different style. The texture is different. Home baking mini banana bread loaves are tasty. It’s good for coffee in the morning as well
I posted my first episode, Banana Cupcake recipe on YouTube. However, I found out this Mini Banana Bread Loaves recipe is actually easier and tastier as well.
Prep time:20 minutes
Cook time:40 minutes
Total time:1 hour
Yield: 4 mini loaves (8 servings)
Serving size: 4 small pieces of bread

Ingredients of Mini Banana Bread Loaves:

3 Eggs
1 Teaspoon of Salt
3/4 Cups of Sugar
2 Ripe Bananas
1 Cup + 1 Tablespoon of Flour
1/2 Tablespoons of Baking soda
1/3 Cup of Milk
1/4 Cup of Oil

Cooking Directions for Mini Banana Bread Loaves:

1.) Preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Add eggs in the medium bowl. Whisk at medium speed.
After the eggs become incorporated, add sugar. Keep whisking until the sugar is melted. Then, add mashed banana. Keep whisking for about 5-8 minutes.
2.) Then, add all purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk them at low speed for 3 minutes. Then, add milk and keep whisking at medium speed for 1 minute. Then, add oil and whisk at low speed for 1 minute. The batter is all set.
3.) Now, we divide the batter to the baking mini loaf pans. We bake for 25-30 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
4.) Let Mini Banana Bread Loaves cool completely and they are ready to serve Mini Banana Bread Loaves. Or, you can cut the Mini Banana Bread Loaves into small nice bread.
*** If you use 8×8 pan, bake for 30-45 minutes ***

My PASSION :))))

As I wrote in the “About Precious” that I love cooking. I actually began cooking since I was ten. My grandmother and my mother are good home cookers. Their foods are more than delicious. Those are full of love and attention in all ingredients and techniques. Therefore, when my mom was in the kitchen, I usually asked her for a permission to get in the kitchen to help her cook. I have learned so many things from my home cooking. That was the beginning that made me love cooking and cooking became my passion.

In 2012, before I came to the U.S.A., I decided to take a Thai culinary course at Suan Dusit International Culinary School in Bangkok, Thailand. I have learned how to cook Thai traditional foods, including appetizers, entrées, and desserts. Much more than that, what I learned was not only how to cook, but also how to select good qualities of ingredients and how to prepare those ingredients for cooking. I also learned how to crave fruits and vegetables for decoration, but making it edible.

After I have spent my time on my master degrees in the U.S.A., I have been cooking and baking a lot. Many friends have known that when I have free time, I will find an opportunity to either cook or bake. I think this is a good time for me to share what I love to all of you. With all my hearts and passions, I hope you all love my recipes and techniques that I share to all of you.
