Spend your Thursday evening in this fun online cooking class and learn different techniques to make delicious curry dishes from scratch.
Thursday, February 29 from 8:30pm-10pm EST (5:30pm-7pm PST): we’ll make butter chicken curry, raita (flavored yogurt), and fragrant spiced rice.
Thursday, March 7 from 8:30pm-10pm EST (5:30pm-7pm PST): we’ll make Burmese curry with noodles and a refreshing salad.
Thursday, March 14 from 8:30pm-10pm EST (5:30pm-7pm PST): we’ll make Cape Malay chicken curry served with fragrant coconut rice and yogurt sambal. While the food is cooking, we’ll finish up our meal with golden milk.
Please check the time on the Eventbrite as the Eventbrite time shows your actual local time zone. This class will be online via Zoom. The class will not be recorded. The price is per screen and covers the entire series (3 sessions).
You will receive the ingredient list 14 days before the class starts. We will send out the complete recipe packet along with the Zoom link 6 days before the class starts. No refunds will be given after the complete recipe packet is sent out.
