Empanadas with Argentinean Chimichurri Sauce

There are many types of Empanadas and commonly seen in Southern European, Latin American, Indonesian and Filipino cultures. In 1.5 hours, we’ll make empanadas from scratch. The class will include the following:

  • Make the empanadas dough
  • Make the empanadas filling
  • Learn different folding techniques (you can go creative)
  • While we bake our empanadas, we’ll make delicious Argentinian chimichurri sauce.

There are options for any meat fillings, vegetarian, or vegan.

Class schedule: Sunday, February 27 from 4-5:30pm Eastern Time Zone. Please check the time on the Eventbrite as the Eventbrite time shows your actual local time zone. This class will be online via Zoom. The class will not be recorded. The price is per screen.

You will receive the ingredient list 14 days before the class starts. We will send out the complete recipe packet along with the Zoom link 7 days before the class starts. No refunds will be given after the complete recipe packet is sent out.
