There are many types of Empanadas commonly seen in Southern European, Latin American, Indonesian, and Filipino cultures. In 1.5 hours, we’ll make empanadas from scratch. The class will include the following:
– Make the empanadas dough
– Make the empanadas filling
– Learn different folding techniques (you can go creative)
– While we bake our empanadas, we’ll make the delicious Argentinian chimichurri sauce.
There are options for any meat fillings, vegetarian, or vegan.
Class schedule: Saturday, September 23 from 11am-12:30pm Eastern Time Zone. Please check the time on Eventbrite as the Eventbrite time shows your actual local time zone. This class will be online via Zoom. The class will not be recorded. The price is per screen.
