French Macarons with Salted Caramel Butter Cream and Chocolate Dip

French macarons are not difficult to make at home. As long as you master all techniques, you will be able to master this masterpiece to show off to your families and friends. In this online interactive class, you’ll learn step-by-step techniques to make macaron shells. We’ll also make salted caramel buttercream and chocolate dip from scratch. We’ll follow the steps below:

– Make macaron shells

– Make salted caramel buttercream

– Make chocolate dip

– Assemble macarons

While we cook, we will talk about different ideas and how to make your macarons beautiful. We have options for almond, nut, and tree nut allergy. There is no option for egg allergy.

Class schedule: Sunday, September 1 from 1pm-3pm Eastern Time Zone. Please check the time on the Eventbrite as the Eventbrite time shows your actual local time zone. This class will be online via Zoom. The class will not be recorded. The price is per screen.

You will receive the list of ingredients and equipment needed for the class in the registration confirmation email. Please scroll down to the bottom of the email to see the list. The complete recipe packet and Zoom link will be sent out 6 days before the class starts. No refunds will be given after the recipe packet and Zoom link get sent.
