Vegan Sushi

Sushi is not about fish only. In this online interactive class, we’ll have fun creating this art of rolling at home. We will go over step-by-step from preparing ingredients and cooking each sushi component including sushi rice, vegetables, and plant-based protein. You’ll learn how to make the following sushi:

– Cook sushi rice from scratch and season sushi rice

– Make different styles of nigiri including soy glazed eggplant, sesame green bean gun kun sushi, miso vegetable gun kun sushi, grilled pepper nigiri, and braised shiitake nigiri.

– We will also roll out tempeh dragon roll with avocado, tempeh, and spicy mayo.

Class schedule: Saturday, November 5 from 4-5:30pm Eastern Time Zone. Please check the time on the Eventbrite as the Eventbrite time shows your actual local time zone. This class will be online via Zoom. The class will not be recorded. The price is per screen.

You will receive the ingredient list 14 days before the class starts. We will send out the complete recipe packet along with the Zoom link 6 days before the class starts. No refunds will be given after the complete recipe packet is sent out.
