Home Made Soft Double Chocolate Chip Cookie
Dry Ingredients 1 cup all purpose flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1/8 tsp cinnamon 2 tbsp unsweet cocoa Wet Ingredients 1 egg ¼ cup of granulated sugar ¼ cup of brown sugar ¼ cup of unsalted butter 1 tbsp of vegetable oil 1 tsp vanilla extract Add-on Ingredient 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips |

How to Make it Happen
- Put all dry ingredients in a same bowl, set that aside
- Beat an egg in another bowl, and put granulated sugar and brown sugar and whisk them together
- Put unsalted butter (need to be the room temperature and not melt – need to be soft) and put vegetable oil as well as vanilla extract. Then, whisk them all together
- Then, put all the dry ingredients back to the battle. And, use the spatula to make it altogether
- Then, put chocolate chips and gently fold the battle
- Use an ice-cream scoop to measure the battle (like in a photo)
- Put it on the baking sheet with the parchment paper
- Bake them at 350 F for 12-15 minutes

I actually use the same recipes with the Double Chocolate Chips Cookies, but I took the cocoa out of the recipe.
