Pancake on a River – Fancy Pancake

Hi Everyone! Today, I would like to present ” Pancake on a River” I called Fancy Pancakes YEAH YEAH YEAH! I know it’s not too fancy. But, I think it looks cute. Of course, I named it Pancake on a river because for me it looks like a sail boat! This recipe is quite good for any type or any design of pancake. I know it doesn’t need to be fancy.

In the video, I teach how to make your pancake breakfast that can be attractive (especially for kids!). It helps increase the appetite as well if you love creativity. And, it’s fun! You may also create your own pancakes using this technique in the video to draw something fun and cute. Let’s get started.

Serving: 4 people

Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients of Pancakes:

1 cup of all purpose flour

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 cup of milk

1 egg

Butter

8 tablespoon of yogurt (2 tablespoon each serve)

Blueberries

Honey Syrup

———————————

Directions for Pancakes or Fancy Pancakes:

1. In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients (except the butter) let the batter sit for 10 minutes.

2. Preheat a non stick skillet over medium low heat and add a little bit of butter to help them not stick. Fill pancake batter in a cupcake-frosting dispenser. In this case, I use the dispenser for making a shape for pancakes. Today, I am making a small boat. Then, use a spoon to fill out the boat with the pancake batter.

3. Cook up your pancakes for two minutes or so on each side or until it becomes golden brown. Then, I complete the boat by making a main sail.

4. Decorate the pancakes with yogurt, blueberries, and honey

Now, we are ready to serve Fancy Pancakes. More other videos on Ploy’s Kitchen Channel.
