Asian Cooking from Thanksgiving Leftovers

Let’s bring Asian flavors to the table after Thanksgiving. If you have leftover food from the Thanksgiving dinner or want to just learn new Asian recipes using ingredients from the Thanksgiving dinner, this online interactive class is for you. Whatever you have left from the dinner can be used in the dishes we are making together in this class. We’ll make the following dishes:

– Miso glazed mushroom and caramelized onion crostini

– Ginger chicken hot and sour soup

– Caramelized stuffing meatballs with noodles, fresh herbs, and homemade sauce

– Tofu pudding with cranberry apple/pear sauce

Each dish will serve 1-2 people. If you have a lot of leftovers, you can double or triple the recipes. You are welcome to pick one or a few or all dishes to cook along or just watch and learn.

Class schedule: Saturday, November 27 from 4-6pm Eastern Time Zone. Please check the time on the Eventbrite as the Eventbrite time shows your actual local time zone. This class will be online via Zoom. The class will not be recorded. The price is per screen.

You will receive the ingredient list 14 days before the class starts. We will send out the complete recipe packet along with the Zoom link 7 days before the class starts. No refunds will be given after the complete recipe packet is sent out.
