North Indian Cooking: Chicken Navratan Korma, Palak Aloo, Rice, Naan

Let’s learn about delicious food from North India. We will talk about different spices and what makes North Indian food different from other regional food in India. In this online intereactive class, we will make the following dishes:

  • chicken Navratan Korma
  • palak aloo (spinach potato)
  • ghee rice
  • garlic naan

We will make everything from scratch including Naan dough.
