Brown butter is a magic ingredient that enhances the flavors of the dishes. In this fun interactive online class, we’ll make pierogi with brown butter onion and mushrooms, butternut squash soup, and pistachio financier. The class will include the following steps:
– We’ll start making pistachio financier batter.
– We’ll make butternut squash soup.
– We’ll make brown butter onion mushroom fillings.
– We’ll make pierogi dough.
– We’ll bake financier.
– We’ll assemble the pierogi.
– We’ll cook pierogi
This class is vegetarian but not vegan. You have an option to add bacon to your pierogi.
Class schedule: Saturday, February 11 from 5-7pm Eastern Time Zone. Please check the time on the Eventbrite as the Eventbrite time shows your actual local time zone. This class will be online via Zoom. The class will not be recorded. The price is per screen.
You will receive the ingredient list 14 days before the class starts. We will send out the complete recipe packet along with the Zoom link 6 days before the class starts. No refunds will be given after the complete recipe packet is sent out.
