Cooking in Pairs: Vegetarian Middle Eastern with Curbside Pickup

The Middle Eastern cuisine is so rich and vibrant in texture, flavors, and aroma. In this online interactive class, we’ll explore Middle Eastern ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques. Each pair will learn and start with falafel pita sandwich with salad, tzatziki, and pickled onion. We’ll also make popular spinach and cheese borekitas served with yogurt dip, tomato dip, and a soft-boiled egg. We’ll finish the class with delicious ghorayeba, shortbread cookies that will melt in your mouth. Tuition is per pair and includes ingredients kit.

Our ingredients kit includes pre-portion ingredients that are more than enough to make all dishes for 2 people with some leftover.
You’ll need basic cooking tools and utensils to cook the food at home.

If you don’t want the ingredients kit, please email to enroll with the food fee waived.

The registration will be closed on Monday, February 8 at 6pm.
