Cooking in Pairs: Vietnamese Street Food with Curbside Pickup

Embrace the light and delicate flavors of Vietnamese cuisine known for fresh herbs, vegetables, and dipping sauces. Vietnamese dishes share common ingredients but come out differently because of different cooking techniques. In this online interactive class, each pair will learn and make Vietnamese spring rolls, caramelized meatballs with fresh herb noodles salad bowl, coconut curry with steamed jasmine rice, and sweet mango dessert. These dishes are also naturally gluten free. Tuition is per pair and includes ingredients kit.

Our ingredients kit includes pre-portion ingredients that are more than enough to make all dishes for 2 people with some leftover. The kit is vegan, but you have an option to add any meat to the dish.
You’ll need basic cooking tools and utensils to cook the food at home.

If you don’t want the ingredients kit, please email to enroll with the food fee waived.

The registration will be closed on Monday, February 22 at 6pm.
