Cooking with Ginger

Ginger is a great ingredient to cook with. There are many forms of ginger including fresh ginger, dried ginger, candied ginger, ginger powder, and even pickled ginger. In this online interactive class, we’ll make a full course meal incorporating ginger that will enhance the flavors and aroma of each dish in different ways. We’ll make the following dishes:

– Ginger Chicken Perilla Wraps (Sesame Leaves Wraps)

– Spicy Ginger Coconut Shrimp (or Chicken) Soup

– Roasted Chicken with Grilled Pineapple Ginger Chimichurri and Steamed Rice

– Ginger Dessert with Tofu Pudding

There are options for vegetarian and vegan.

Class schedule: Saturday, May 7 from 4-6pm Eastern Time Zone. Please check the time on the Eventbrite as the Eventbrite time shows your actual local time zone. This class will be online via Zoom. The class will not be recorded. The price is per screen.

You will receive the ingredient list 14 days before the class starts. We will send out the complete recipe packet along with the Zoom link 6 days before the class starts. No refunds will be given after the complete recipe packet is sent out.
