Cream Puffs and Eclairs

Pate a Choux is a versatile pastry base where we can turn this amazing pastry into magical desserts. In this online interactive class, we will make delicious choux au craquelin, cream puffs, and eclairs using pate a choux pastry technique. We will fill with delicious pastry cream and will dip in chocolate glaze. We’ll make different components as follows:

– Make pastry cream

– Make craquelin dough

– Make pate a choux pastry, pipe, and bake

– Make chocolate glaze

The cream puffs and eclairs will be perfect treats to serve with tea or hot cocoa.

Class schedule: Monday, November 13 from 6-8pm Eastern Time Zone. Please check the time on the Eventbrite as the Eventbrite time shows your actual local time zone. This class will be online via Zoom. The class will not be recorded. The price is per screen.

We will send out the complete recipe packet along with the Zoom link 6 days before the class starts. No refunds will be given after the complete recipe packet is sent out.
