Greek Pies: Spanakopita, Tiropita, and Baklava

Spanakopita, Tiropita, and Baklava are one of the famous Greek pies that are made with phyllo dough. A light crispy phyllo dough fills with different fillings in different shapes. In this online interactive class, we’ll make Spanakopita (spinach pie), Tiropita (cheese puff), and Baklava (sweet nut pastry). These addictive Greek pies will be a great full course meal. We’ll follow the following steps in class:

– We’ll start with preparing three different fillings.

– We’ll assemble the pies and bake.

While the pies are baking, we’ll talk about different creative fillings you can use and how to store and keep the pies.

This class is vegetarian (contains cheese, egg, and butter) and has no options for vegan.

Class schedule: Saturday, March 18 from 4-6pm Eastern Time Zone. Please check the time on the Eventbrite as the Eventbrite time shows your actual local time zone. This class will be online via Zoom. The class will not be recorded. The price is per screen.

You will receive the ingredient list 14 days before the class starts. We will send out the complete recipe packet along with the Zoom link 6 days before the class starts. No refunds will be given after the complete recipe packet is sent out.
