Instant Pot: Korean Chicken Soup and Side Dishes

The Instant Pot is a life saver that could help home cooks make a nice meal in record time and keep them healthy and delicious. With the help of Instant Pot, we could easily make diverse dishes that are not just limited to hard boiled eggs or quick stock. In this online interactive class, we’ll use an Instant Pot to make delicious Korean chicken soup, Samgye-Tang. It is a whole chicken soup that is stuffed with flavored rice. Even though this soup is popular in the summer, it is a delicious, rich, flavorful dish that could serve all year around. While the chicken is cooking in the Instant Pot, we will prepare side dishes (Ban-Chan) and the dipping sauce. In this online interactive class, we’ll make the following dishes:

– Korean Chicken Soup (Samgye-Tang)

– 2 Styles of Dipping Sauces

– Braised Crispy Potato (Gamja Jorim)

– Pickled Carrot

– Seasoned Spinach

You can use chicken breast and/or chicken thigh/drumsticks instead of whole chicken.
