Japanese curry bread is a delicious street food that has a crispy texture and fluffy mouthfeel. They are easy to eat and provide complete nutrients in one bite. In this online interactive class, we’ll make Japanese curry bread with 2 fillings: (1) potato vegetable curry and (2) turkey curry. We’ll follow the steps below:
– Start with making the yeasted dough from scratch
– Then, we’ll prepare 2 fillings
– We’ll assemble everything and deep fry the curry bread.
No prep work is required before class.
We highly recommend having a thermometer to measure the temperature of the oil.
