Korean Bibimbap and Side Dishes

Homestyle Korean cooking is healthy and full of vegetables. In this online interactive class, we’ll learn how to make delicious Korean bibimbap and side dishes (ban chan) including seasoned spinach and spicy cucumber salad. We’ll follow the steps below:

– We’ll start with cooking steamed rice.

– We’ll make seasoned spinach and spicy cucumber salad

– We’ll make bulgogi for bibimbap dish. You can choose to pick beef, chicken, or tofu.

– We’ll assemble the dishes with delicious vegetable components.

There are also options to make vegetarian or vegan. No prep work is required before class.

Class schedule: Saturday, August 5 from 5pm-6:30pm Eastern Time Zone. Please check the time on the Eventbrite as the Eventbrite time shows your actual local time zone. This class will be online via Zoom. The class will not be recorded. The price is per screen.

You will receive the ingredient and equipment list in the registration confirmation email. Please scroll down to the bottom of the email to see the details. We will send out the complete recipe packet along with the Zoom link 6 days before the class starts. No refunds will be given after the complete recipe packet is sent out.
