There are many types of gluten-free noodles. In this online interactive class, we will make rice tapioca noodles that mainly used in Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese cuisines. In about 2.5 hours, we’ll make the following:
- We will make the noodles dough from scratch.
- We will use different techniques to shape and cut the dough into noodles.
- Once we get 3 types of noodles, we’ll turn the noodles into Thai noodle salad (Kiem-Eee-Hang), Vietnamese noodle soup (Banh Canh), and Chinese stir fried noodles (Lao Shu Fen).
There will be options for vegetarian and vegan or any types of meat you prefer.
Class schedule: Saturday, October 30 from 11am-1:30pm Eastern Time Zone. This class will be online via Zoom.
You will receive the ingredient list 14 days before the class starts. We will send out the complete recipe packet along with the Zoom link 7 days before the class starts. No refunds will be given after the complete recipe packet is sent out.
