Making Noodles from Scratch: Hand-Pulled and Udon
If you love noodles and want to make them from scratch, this class is for you. We’ll start with making the noodle dough from just all purpose flour and water. We’ll talk about types of flour and techniques that make each type of noodles different. We’ll turn the dough into Biang Biang hand-pulled noodles, Lamian hand-pulled noodles, and Udon noodles. We’ll serve the noodles with homemade sauce and delicious shoyu broth. We encourage you to make noodles along in this class. It’s fun! But, you are also welcome if you want to just watch and learn.
