Soy is rich in nutrients and contains complete protein. You can easily turn non-GMO organic soybeans into soy milk, soy yogurt, tofu, and tempeh. In about 2 hours, you’ll learn how to make the following:
- Soy milk from scratch
- Turn soy milk to tofu
- Make tofu salad with edamame
- Tofu miso soup
We’ll also talk about how to make soy yogurt and other possibilities of cooking with tofu.
The dishes are vegan and gluten free. You have options to add meat if you’d like.
