Soy is rich in nutrients and contains complete protein. There are many amazing soy ingredients and products where we can use to make delicious vegan dishes. In this online interactive class, we’ll make (1) tempeh meatballs with teriyaki sauce, (2) Moo Shoo soy curls (stir-fried soy curls with assorted vegetables served with steamed white rice), and (3) edamame tofu hearty soup.
While we cook, we will talk about the reasons soy varieties are different from other vegetable protein products.
The dishes are vegan and can be made gluten free.

You will receive the ingredient list 14 days before the class starts. We will send out the complete recipe packet along with the Zoom link 6 days before the class starts. No refunds will be given after the complete recipe packet is sent out.
