Vegetarian Asian Snacks with Cabot Cheese and Ingredient Kit

Cheese is one of the secret ingredients for many dishes including Asian food especially when we use local high-quality cheeses. You’ll learn how to make Asian snacks and appetizers incorporating different award-winning cheddar cheese from Cabot. We’ll make cheesy crispy rice rolls with mushroom and veggies, baked vegetarian Asian hand pies with scallion cheesy filling served with sweet and sour sauce, Korean spicy crispy cauliflowers with cheese sauce, and sweet lassi (refreshing yogurt drink) with different flavor options. Tuition includes the ingredient kit. The kit is available for pickup at CCAE on Wednesday, August 18 from 5-6pm. You’ll also receive a VIP coupon to buy yogurt from your local grocery stores.

The ingredient kit includes award-winning cheddar cheese sponsored by Cabot, a Cabot VIP coupon, and pre-portion ingredients that will be enough to make all dishes. The kit is vegetarian, but you have an option to add any meat to the dish.

You’ll need basic cooking tools and utensils to cook the food at home.
