Ingredients of Thai Spicy Green Bean Chicken:
2 Handful Green Beans
1/4 Pounds of Chicken
1 Tablespoon of Spicy Ginger Curry (or Prik Khing Curry)
1 Teaspoon of Chopped Ginger
1 Teaspoon of Chopped Garlic
2 Teaspoons of Granulated Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon of Oyster Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

Cooking Directions for Thai Spicy Green Bean Chicken:
1. Heat up the skillet with medium high heat. Add olive oil and garlic. When you smell garlic, add chicken and add soy sauce. Keep stirring until the chicken is half cooked.
2. Then, add spicy ginger curry or Prik Khing curry as well as ginger. Keep stirring until the green bean is cooked. Then, add granulated sugar and stir. Then, add oyster sauce. Keep stirring until the chicken is cooked and everything is incorporated.

1/2 Tablespoon of Chopped Ginger
1 Teaspoon of Chopped Garlic
1 Teaspoon of Chopped Lemon Grass
1/2 Teaspoon of Chopped Shallot
1/2 Teaspoon of Chopped Kaffir Lime
1/2 Teaspoon of Galangal
2 Coriander Seeds
a pinch of Chopped Bay Leaves
a pinch of Salt
